BMG provides training that makes an immediate impact on those that engage with partners. Four levels of executive leadership training are provided by BMG:
Executive Leadership Training (ELT) : High impact, short forums designed to improve revenue across a department. BMG provides executive leadership training in a variety formats, including role playing, executive session facilitation and key partner forums. Training is usually conducted in person by BMG's principles at the client site.

Corporate Management Training (CMT) : Strategies and tactics for those who create partner programs, assess partner effectivity and serve as the liaison to the field for partner related initiatives. BMG provides training mid and line manager as well as individual contributor training. As CMT includes many more individuals across a corporation, it typically takes the form of a blended training environment. This includes in person but also webinars and on-line training.

Field Management Training, (FMT) : Implementation and management training designed to significantly accelerate partner revenue through field tactics. FMT is geared for individuals who manage the partnership on a day-to-day basis. BMG offers FMT primarily through a virtual training environment including webinars and on-line training, but can include in person when desired.

Partner Channel Training (PCT) : Extension of successful partner practices to the partner channel is one of the best returns on training investment. BMG provides PCT when hired by a client to assist in changing partner behaviors, improving the output of partners, the partners ability to integrate, implement and maintain a higher level of productivity. PCT is provided at the level required by the client. Very often this begins with a Sarah Gerdes keynote at an annual or regional partner meeting, following by on-site, regional or partner category breakout training. This is done in person, but is also effective through a remote or blended environment. For partner channels over 500 organizations, on-line, interactive training is most cost effective.
